Training and Development of 200 Medical Staff (Doctors, Nurses, and Paramedics) in a Scientific and Specialized Manner to Provide Emergency Medical Care for Patients and Injured Individuals. This will be achieved through intensive training in a series of courses based on international protocols, enhancing emergency and intensive care skills. The aim is to improve the efficiency of medical teams, particularly in light of the systematic targeting of healthcare workers, in order to save as many patients and injured individuals as possible.
1. Train 200 healthcare personnel capable of handling emergency cases and equip them with intensive care skills. 2. Develop the capabilities of medical teams to provide psychological first aid services to those exposed to trauma. 3. Strengthen the medical teams' ability to combat the spread of infections and develop plans for controlling them. 4. Improve and acquire technical and skill-based expertise for doctors, nurses, and paramedics in handling emergency cases. 5. Enhance the medical teams' ability to interpret ECGs to assist in providing necessary medical services.
