The project involves the development and improvement of targeted departments in the field hospital located west of the Nasser Medical Complex, to meet the operational and emergency needs of these departments, ensuring the provision of high-quality medical services. The project focuses on introducing necessary equipment and enhancing the work environment in three key departments: 1. Pediatric Department, 2. Inpatient Surgery Department, 3. Diabetic Foot Department.
1. Improving the quality of medical services in all targeted departments, benefiting a large number of patients. 2. Enhancing the capacity to meet the increased demand resulting from significant population growth due to displacement and war. 3. Providing a comfortable environment for patients' families, particularly in the inpatient and pediatric departments. 4. Improving operational and environmental health conditions, which will positively impact patients’ lives, especially in isolation rooms. 5. Strengthening engagement with the local community and improving trust between the hospital and the population.
