Rehabilitation of Al-Rahma Muscat Primary Healthcare Center – Gaza City

With the ongoing deterioration of healthcare infrastructure in Gaza, the Al-Rahma Muscat Health Center stands as a critical facility providing primary care services to thousands, especially in densely populated neighborhoods.

The center currently suffers from major structural damage, directly impacting the quality, safety, and continuity of care, while putting both patients and staff at risk.

This project seeks to rehabilitate the facility to ensure uninterrupted delivery of essential health services and restore a safe, functional environment. Failure to implement the project could lead to service disruptions, worsening health conditions, and potential loss of lives.

Project Impact

1- Ensure continuous, safe, and effective delivery of primary healthcare services to patients and the injured.

2- Improve the quality of healthcare by reducing health risks related to poor infrastructure.

3- Provide a safe and supportive working environment for medical and administrative staff, enhancing their performance and retention.

Reduce burden on neighboring health facilities by maintaining this center’s operations.

Beneficiaries

700,000 people including women, children, newborns & elderly.
