Amid ongoing emergencies and mounting pressure on the healthcare system, the dedicated staff at Al-Ahli Hospital – Al-Shifa Medical Complex continue to provide essential medical care without pause. The overwhelming number of cases, especially critical ones, has required staff to work extended hours beyond their capacity, calling for immediate and tangible support.
This project aims to provide financial support for the hospital’s staff over a six-month period, in recognition of their continued service and the additional workload they shoulder. This support will help sustain their efforts, prevent burnout, and ensure continuity of care in one of the most critical hospitals in the region.
Without this support, healthcare workers may face exhaustion and disengagement, which could compromise the quality of care and endanger the lives of patients and the injured—potentially leading to significant human losses.
