The project aims to attract specialized medical personnel from outside the Gaza health sector in various specialties, to serve the general population in Gaza, with an acceptable wage and for specific periods extending from 3-6 months. Estimated cost of $5,000 per doctor per month
1. Support the continuity of new doctors in specialized training programs. 2. Strengthen the medical workforce in the Gaza Strip. 3. Improve the quality of healthcare services provided to the population. 4. Reduce reliance on medical staff from outside the region. 5. Build a sustainable healthcare system capable of addressing future challenges.
