The project aims to send Gazan doctors to Jordanian hospitals for residency training in the medical specialties most needed in Gaza, with the goal of improving the healthcare system in the sector, which suffers from a severe shortage of qualified medical staff. The project provides comprehensive support, including travel expenses and monthly salaries for doctors during their residency period. Implementation involves coordination with relevant authorities to obtain the necessary approvals. The monthly cost per doctor is $1,000.
