The project is located in the ground and first floors of the targeted clinic, with a total area of approximately 250 m². The targeted sections include primary care, chronic diseases, family planning, pharmacy, laboratory, restroom facilities, buffet services, and a dental clinic. The project aims to execute comprehensive maintenance work for these sections, restoring them to full operational capacity to meet patients’ needs effectively.
1. Improving medical service quality in all the previously mentioned departments, which constitute a large proportion of patients, especially in the areas covered by the clinics that are distant from Nasser Medical Complex, which serves as the medical service center for the entire southern Gaza Strip. 2. Improving capacity to meet the needs resulting from the large population increase due to displacement and the destructive war, and alleviating pressure on Nasser Medical Complex, thus enabling the improvement of specialized services in advanced departments. 3. Providing a nearby and easily accessible location for citizens next to the medical clinics, making it easier for them to receive treatment instead of traveling to Nasser Medical Complex in the western part of the city amidst difficulties in transportation and movement. 4. Improving the operational health environment, which will have a positive impact on patients' lives, especially in light of the spread of skin diseases and epidemics. 5. Enhancing interaction with the community and improving trust between the medical staff and the local population.
